Email Marketing & Automations
Email is one of Studio Spin’s most important tools for keeping clients informed, engaged, and connected to what is happening inside the studio. Weekly emails help promote classes, events, sales, seasonal updates, and studio happenings, while automated email flows help support the client experience beyond a single announcement.
My role includes shaping Studio Spin’s email marketing from both a creative and strategic perspective. I write the email copy, design the supporting graphics, organize the message hierarchy, and make sure each send connects clearly to the studio’s current priorities, whether that means promoting events, highlighting sales, sharing schedule updates, or keeping clients engaged with what is happening in the studio.
Beyond weekly emails, I also build and maintain automated email flows, including the lists, cadence, copy, and creative. These automations help support the client journey at key moments, making communication feel more timely, intentional, and connected rather than one-off or reactive.
Together, this work helps Studio Spin use email as a consistent communication channel that supports day-to-day updates, larger campaigns, client retention, and overall brand connection.
